Black Limba is the heartwood of Limba trees (Terminalia superba) from tropical western Africa. Black Limba contains incredibly interesting grain patterns as well as black and orange hued ambrosia streaks. This leads to unique pieces as the wood coloring and grain pattern are like finger prints of the individual portion of every individual tree.
Each one of are pieces are made blocks of Black Limba selected for color, pattern, and solidity.
